Lazy Sunday
In the Evening after our dinner had settled we all gathered in the middle sitting room and played with the Cotton Reels. These are something i highly recommend for Young Children. Ceienna can hold them and play with them quite safely while Kellyn lined them up and counted them, practiced his colours before threading them onto the lace. This helps him to gain his Hand Eye coordination and most importantly for our Kellyn, Patience. Daddy did really well helping Kellyn to thread the Cotton reels and he soon managed to get the hang of it. This was a lovely way to spend time together on a very cold and wet summer evening.

Another month gone already and it was time for dads

This week we were outside doing all sorts kellyn was in playing at the water table where he found a toy lobster with pinchers he also spent a lot of time at the play dough table, baby sister joined in and it was really good fun, snack time came and i sat ceienna at the table she looked so grown up sitting there all by herself she really enjoys her food just like kellyn.
After snacks we all had story and song time and all the children join in and is really good fun next month we have a chef coming in and we are all going to be making food can not wait.
Muzzy and Me
This Month Muzzy and I Walked round Ellesmere leaving the Car at the Mere we headed through the fields into the town and along the Canal. Following the tow path this took us past the Marina to a foot path which leads round through the Nature Reserve and back to the mere the whole walk only took us three quarters on an hour which i was really pleased with. Now looking for some where to go next month, I cant Wait.

Acton Scott Historic Working Farm
On an Extremely Wet and Showery day we made our way through Shropshire to Church Stretton First we Stopped in the Town to Explore the local shops before heading 4 miles further down the road to Acton Scott Historic Working Farm. This is where they filmed Victorian Farm last year. I came here quite a few years ago and i was amazed at how much it has changed. We all found something here that interested us. Despite the rain which never dampens down our fun we had a great time , i highly recommend it as a place to visit where there is really something for everyone.

LIFE;S A BEACH
Mersey Ferry and U-Boat Story
We headed through the Terminal to the U- Boat Story exhibition, This really was amazing and Kellyn was extremely interested in the Submarine and how it works as well as its general History.
The day slipped away from us fast so we headed along the coast line visiting Park Gate for some Delightful Chips before heading home.
To view the Pictures fro our trip visit.

Hoo Farm
After a very educational visit to the Ironbridge Museums it was time for fun, so we headed for Hoo Farm. We were amazed at how much better it was compared to Park Hall. There is lots more to do here and lots more animals to see and interact with. Both the children had lots of fun visiting the animals. Ceienna was most excited especially when she came across the Horses which seem her favourite at the moment.
At Hoo Farm there is an Extensive collection of birds of all sizes shapes and varieties. Including Owls.
This eagle Owl was great he was very loud so i was able to hear him well. Everytime during the day he saw Ceienna he was very excited and began talking to her, and Ceienna started talking back.
Kellyn came across this little fella wandering around and they soon became good friends.
After looking at the larger animals ( Alpicas, Donkeys and Larmas to name a few) It was time for an animal break so Kellyn headed in the barn to make use of having Daddy back home
Though there was no age limit to the fun, It was open to everyone.
Next we wandered around past the pigs, goats and ponys and into another barn where Ceienna found another favourite of hers, Fish. She was amazed and was transfixed on them for ages.
Both the boys then had a go at Milking.
Next we all had lots of fun. We bounced on trampolines, dived in ball pools and played on a playground.
