Today we continued our trip of the Great Little Trains of Wales. The day could only be described as beautiful, Sunny and Warm. We made our way through the countryside heading towards Aberystwyth, We stopped at Machynlleth on the way for a short break. After our short visit to Aberystwyth we drove out to Devils Bridge. On the way we could not believe what we could see , There at the side of the car there was a Red Kite flying in the sky as the sun hit its wings we could make out its spectacular colours, After stopping to watch the bird for a short while we continued our journey. We stopped to look at the Waterfall here before heading back up the road to the Station. We soon arrived at The Vale of Rheidol Railway, we where in luck there was a train waiting in the station, Kellyn could not wait to get out of the car and wonder down the line to see it. After having a wonder around the station we headed back to the Car for Dinner.Today our lunch was very special as Daddy had prepared a marvelous Picnic of Ham & Cheese Wraps and they were just so tasty. After we had finished dinner we drove back through the Countryside heading toward Corris. We arrived at the station just in time to buy our tickets and catch the train. The Journey was short but Ceienna was very excited We sat next to the engine which made both Ceienna and Kellyn even more excited. We soon arrived at the Maespoeth Station where we were transported back to a time before trains and given a demonstration of how Horses used to pull the carriages instead of trains. It was soon time to head back to our train back to Corris. When we arrived The children headed off to the playground with Daddy while i took Muzzy off for a good stretch. When we got back to the playground Muzzy could not wait to get off the lead and play with Kellyn in the playground he was on the climbing frame and even loved going down the slide. We just had so much fun. Before we headed home we took a short trip out to Aberdovey.

Whittington Swans & Spring
The children and myself have been out at every opertunity lately enjoying the spring. This year Kellyn has been so interested in the world around him it would be such a shame not to incourage such an inteligent little mind.
One thing Kellyn has been most interested in is the Swans at Whittington Castle building their nest and the waiting for the eggs to hatch. We have visited the Castle every week now to show Kellyn the swans and he is now waiting to see what will happen next.
Bridgenorth
Today Kellyn and Ceienna and me visited Bridgenorth. First Kellyn decided he wanted to go for a ride on the cliff Railway, which is what we did unfortunately the pushchair did not fit on the cars so it had to be folded down a very frantic experience with 2 small children and a dog as well as a changing bag but i did it. Kellyn was very excited about the ride to the top of the cliff. once at the top the views over the town where spectacular.
Next we visited the castle Gardens they are beautiful full of the joys of spring. we spent quite some time here enjoying the views and Kellyn was really interested in the Castle and its history.
Next we went for a walk around the town before headed back to the car.
Our next visit was to a very interesting Daniels Mill. This place was so interesting Kellyn was hooked with interest of how it works and its History.
On the way home we stopped at Wenlock Edge it was a glorious day in fab company. Poor Muzzy was very tired though. We arrived home in time for tea. Then we all cuddled up and watched TV together and went to sleep one very happy family.
