Yesterday i took Kellyn to Shrewsbury. It was great going home i really miss it. Firstly we went to Shrewsbury Castle the grounds are beautiful unfortunately we couldn't go up Laura's Tower because of having the pushchair but I'm sure we will go again when Kellyn is older. Next we went into the Pride Hill Shopping centre to pick up some bits for Daddy. Next i took Kellyn Down Pride Hill and down to the Square where i showed him the Market and the old Musical Hall which is due to close at the end of the year so i am hoping we will be able to catch the last panto they will do there with him. I have some wonderful memories of visiting here when i was a child i especially remember going to see My Fair Lady with my Dad. Next we headed up to the Quarry. This again a place i used to visit when i was a child to feed the ducks. The Quarry is a beautiful place i took Kellyn into the Dingle which is Filled with flowers and Water fountains and a lovely pond stopping to view the gardens from the top of the bridge. Next we walked across the park to the fantastic play park that is there to meet up with friends . After it was time to head and meet up with Daddy and head home. We went into and out of Shrewsbury on the bus as a special treat to Kellyn as he is well into buses at the moment after visiting Thomasland and going on Bertie. The was so excited he was jumping all over the place the treat was made even more special as there was a picture of Thomas the Tank on the wall he though it was put there specially for him. Bless him. it was a great day cant wait for our next trip out.
