Prepin Rockin

The day started early today as we had some important things to do. We stood outside the garage door where inside our special friend was sleeping. Daddy pulled up the door and there it was in all its glory our friend Rockin Robin. Rockin has not been out for ages so it was good to hear the sound of the old Rover V8 banging away and the smell of un burnt petrol coming through the twin exhausts. Daddy brought Rockin out of the garage and reversed down the drive. It sounded well, Daddy could not wait to get to work.

I took the children down in the Kangoo and work on Rockin began. First job was to fit the new seat in for Kellyn so he can go out in Rockin more with Daddy.

Next was to put on the Christmas Decorations for the Charity events we are booked to take part in this year.

Kellyn and Daddy worked hard getting Rockin ready but it was soon done and looking good.

Well done boys Rockin looks swell.

Daddy's Birthday and Panto

Today we celebrated Daddy's Birthday. It started with presents. Kellyn opened the presents as he thought Daddy needed help. Then we all got ready to go out. We headed to Shrewsbury where the first stop had to be the sweet shop ready for the afternoon. Then we headed to the new KFC for dinner. Once we had all eaten Ceienna included, It was time for the show. The children and i decided that as a special treat we would take Daddy to the Christmas panto at the Shrewsbury Music Hall. This year is extra special as it is the last Pantomime ever at the Music hall as it is closing down in the new year. We took our seats ready for the show to begin, Kellyn and Ceienna where the youngest members of the audience. The show was Robin Hood and the Babes in the wood. It was packed with laughs and excitement. Kellyn and Ceienna were very well behaved and Kellyn loved the show. He was singing and dancing away, joining in as ever. When the show ended we went out of the Musical Hall it was dark and all the Christmas lights were on, it was a wonderful site as we walked through town and back to the car. We had tea and headed home for Daddy's final surprise his Simpsons Birthday Cake.

Shrewsbury Town Centre

Today the children and myself visited Shrewsbury Town Centre as had some special tasks to preform.

We got on the bus at Oxon Kellyn was very excited to be going on a bus. As we boarded Ceienna decided she was hungry and so i had to feed her on the bus luckily by the time we reached the town she had settled and was back in the buggy.

We headed into the Darwin Centre Ceienna loved the flashing lights. hanging down from the ceiling for Christmas.

As we got into the first shop Ceienna wanted to finish her feed, so off we went to the feeding room. This is where Shrewsbury is a great place to visit as there is a special place to feed in both Shopping centres as well as Changing rooms.

Finally we got Ceienna settled and headed back out into the centre. Managing to complete our tasks before dinner. Both me and Kellyn had looked forward to dinner we got our favourite Chips, Fishcake, Sausage and Mushy peas to share between us. We sat at the new Darwins gate to eat them, Half way through their where 2 beautiful blue eyes watching us. Ceienna was hungry again. So we sorted her out then got on the bus and headed out of town. Kellyn was looking through the window admiring the sites of the town as we drove through asking what everything was. He loved the trip.

A Full Nights Sleep

Last Night Ceienna slept right the way through the night from 9pm till 6am this morning.

Bless her. 14 Days old today 2 weeks since i was delivered of this wonderful gift.

Kellyn is great with her and loves playing with her and talking to her.

Health Visitor's First Visit

Today was the Health Visitors visit to Ceienna. It is hard to believe our beautiful girl is now 13 days old. She has already developed into taking an interest in what is going on around her and responding to the people around her. She looks at you with big blue eyes which just make you melt.

The Health Visitor did Ceiennas hearing test which she passed perfectly. This was such a relief for us to know our baby girl is absolutely perfect.

Advent Day 1

Today is the First day of Advent so out with the Advent Calender. Kellyn had a Thomas one this year. We made a big thing of him having his advent Calender and Kellyn was beaming from ear to Ear and was even more impressed when he found the Chocolate inside.

Where on Count down now for Christmas, Let the preparations begin.

Ceiennas First Toys

Last night we got out the play mats for Ceienna. This was the first time she has been on them and she loved it.
She was using her arms and leg to help her move to where she wanted to go. She is very strong.
Ceienna is able to smile now and can also show she is excited.
