Paddling Time

Since it was such a nice day on Saturday we desided to get the paddling pool out of the garage for Kellyn.





lol What fun we had.





No one was dry in the whole house.

Dads Club

Daddy time with kellyn ,i have been looking forward to this day for ages we both got ready kellyn looking much smarter than me as usual we arrived at 09 35 am we were the first ones there oh dear is anybody else going to turn up we were made very welcome kellyn was straight into all the toys then lots of other dads started turning up we played inside then we all went outside it was a lovely hot summer day covered kellyn in sun cream and he loved playing with all the toy cars at about 11 am snack time kellyn was the first one to be at the table he had toast ,fruit and milk after that it was play time again then story time kellyn loved it and it was over all to soon, only on once a month but worth the wait brought kellyn home and on the way back he was dozing off worn him out poor little fellow any way thanks kellyn for a great morning love daddy xxxx

Kellyn Goes to Nursery on his Own

On Friday Kellyn went back to Nursery for his frist day there on his own. Mummy dropped him off. He flew from the car the front door and the staff couldnt open the door quick enoght for him. Straight to his classroom. The Staff got him ready for his session and i left.

Kellyn had a great time. Playing with the other children and even reading with the staff. He settled in great. Once again having tea and wowing the staff with his out going personality and wonderful nature.

For me and Daddy 4:30 couldnt come quick enoght a mixture of wanting to know what he was doing and missing our little boy was with us all afternoon.

Mummy arrived at the Nursery to pick him up. He was so happy he didnt wanna leave.

Kellyns First Visit to Nursery

Wednesday this week saw Kellyns first Nursery Session. He was Very excited when we arrived. when wewhere let in through the main doors Kellyn ran straight to his classroom with no problems leaving mummy and daddy trailling behind. Once inside Kellyn got stuck right into thing looking at what was on offer in his new enviroment. Mummy and Daddy just sat there totally un-needed.

Kellyn was then invited to join the other boys and girls for afternoon snacks which he got involved in with no reservations.

Soon after afternoon snacks Daddy had to leave to return to work leaving Kellyn at Nursery with Mummy, Not that she saw much of him as he was busy getting to know the staff and other boys and girls.

At 4.30pm we were due to leave but Kellyn noticed a large tray of food coming in through the door and he darted to the dining area and sat ready for some food. The nursery kindly cooked him a meal specially for him so he could stop for tea.

Kellyn then amazed the staff by his amazing eating abilty. The way he can both Eat everything put in front of him and shovel it in with no problems sets him out from the rest.

Final we were able to leave, Kellyn had really enjoyed his time at the nursery but couldn wait to go again.

Daddy Day

Time for myself daddy and kellyn to have a haircut we both went into town thought we better have it done we both had lots of hair arrived at shop someone was in front of us oh well they had lots of toy cars for me and kellyn to play with kept us both amused for a while then we heard those scary words next please ,i sat on the barbers chair and kellyn was on my knee he was very excited and was no trouble at all even with the clipper noise the hairdresser was very impressehow good kellyn was and so was i he even got a star sticker for being so good kellyn just makes everyone says what a great little boy he is, and u know what he is, well done kellyn a star .

Whittington Castle

Last night we met Daddy at Whittington Castle.


We fed the Ducks and had a rare treat, a Mallard ( Female Duck) brought her duckling over to show us, he was very cute.
















Kellyn fell in love with the one duck with a difference a white one.
















Once we finished feeding the ducks and having a tasty treat ourselves we took Ruby fora walk around the grounds of the castle, As usual Ruby headed for the water and straight in.









Before we went home the Swans with cygnets turned up. Have been watching this family of swans since they built their nest and have seen the cygnets almost everyday since they hatched in May. Their getting really big now. We'll miss them when they leave.
