Albert Docks Liverpool

Today we headed out to Liverpool. We went to Visit Albert Docks.
After a minor mishaps first thing we final managed to leave. We had breakfast then hit the road heading up the Motorway. I sat in the back of the car with the children and me and Kellyn played a game of spotting. Once we reached the Birkenhead tunnel both the children became very excited about going through it.
Once we had parked the car we headed for the Docks. Our first visit was to the Maritime Museum, We where really interested in the Titanic exhibition and where amazed by the bits and pieces on display from the ship.
Next we went to the slavery museum this was interesting to i loved the native costumes on display and could not help but notice how grand they where.
After out walk around the museum we headed out onto the docks for a walk round, we the went to have a look around the TATE art gallery. I visited the gallery when i was studying art, It has changed since then but i still love the modern art especially the work but Picasso and Andy Warhol. After the TATE we walked up the front to take in the views of Birkenhead.
It was now getting late so we headed back to the car and went for tea before going home.
