Tractor World - Malvern

The children and i had an early start this morning, We left a disappointed Daddy behind as we headed to Shrewsbury to meet up with Grandad and drop off Muzzy with Nanny before heading to the Three Counties Show Ground for the Tractor World Show, This is a show i have exhibited at many times in the past with the British Tractor Pullers Association. We headed into the grounds Kellyn was very excited he dragged us through. Today was Ceienna's first time in the pushchair facing forward so she was also very excited. First Kellyn wanted to look at the tractors outside left from the auction the day before, Kellyn fell in love with a Ford County. Next we headed into the show heading into the model displays. Their where some wonderful displays here, Grandads friend had won first prize. Kellyn was fascinated with a Reliant Model which the chap had built for his disabled daughter, i thought this was a brilliant idea unfortunately she had now outgrown it. Next we looked at the college tractor building competition i took the side of Lackham college as i have a history with them, unfortunately they lost by 2 minutes. Kellyn had to look at the stationary engines as he loves these as they sound like a steam train. Next we went into the next hall to look at all the old tractors Kellyn was so pleased to find a vintage JCB. Soon it was time for dinner so we headed for the burger bar and sat outside enjoying a beautiful spring day in the Worcestershire countryside. As we wondered around we bumped into lots of familiar faces all eager to meet my 2 wonderful children. The day went quick and it was soon time to leave, so we headed back to the car and had a cup of tea before heading back to Shrewsbury on the way we saw 2 Hawks fighting in a field it was an amazing sight.
